Join our dynamic Global Business Development team as a Senior Enterprise Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping Esri’s enterprise customer strategy through the execution of globally consistent and scalable programs. We are looking for an experienced program manager who is analytical and collaborative, ready to work within a vibrant, cross-functional organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales leaders, the Go-to-Market Lead, and global stakeholders to implement enterprise programs that enhance customer relationships, align with sector priorities in Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources, and contribute to significant business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Execution of Enterprise Programs: Lead the development and execution of global enterprise program offerings tailored to Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources sectors. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Global Business Development, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to align timelines, deliverables, and dependencies with the objectives of defined sales programs.
- Foster Collaborative Relationships: Engage effectively with sales, professional services, industry solutions, product, and operations teams to ensure successful program delivery. Maintain alignment across stakeholders, track action items, and ensure open communication throughout the program lifecycle.
- Drive Continuous Improvement through Analysis: Leverage insights from industry, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to refine enterprise program strategies and planning. Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators; identify and manage risks; and support efforts to keep programs on track and producing measurable results.
- Contribute to Business Impact: Support initiatives and change management efforts that drive customer acquisition, acceleration, and pipeline growth by coordinating enterprise programs, sales motions, and cross-divisional engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, go-to-market operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a mid-to-large scale software or technology sales organization.
- Proven experience in supporting enterprise-level or cross-functional programs that engage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
