Join our dynamic Global Business Development team as a Senior Enterprise Program Manager. In this pivotal role, you will drive Esri's enterprise customer strategy by implementing globally consistent and scalable programs. We are looking for a seasoned program manager with strong analytical abilities and a collaborative spirit to enhance our cross-functional organization. You will work closely with sales leaders, the Go-to-Market Lead, and global stakeholders to deliver enterprise programs that strengthen customer relationships, support sector priorities in Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources, and contribute to measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Execute enterprise programs. Collaborate with Global Business Development, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams to develop and implement global enterprise offerings aligned with Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources markets, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are met to support defined sales objectives.
- Foster stakeholder relationships. Work in partnership with sales, professional services, industry solutions, product, and operations teams to facilitate program delivery. Ensure stakeholder alignment, track progress, and maintain open communication throughout the program lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis. Utilize industry, customer, and competitive insights to inform strategy, planning, and adjustments for enterprise programs. Define and report on key performance metrics, identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and support mitigation strategies to ensure programs are on track and delivering results.
- Enhance business impact. Support initiatives and change management efforts that drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth through the coordination of enterprise programs and cross-divisional engagement.
