What You’ll Do:Location: Remote from the US, ideally situated within one hour of a major airport and available for travel approximately 50% of the time. Own and finalize complex, high-value enterprise Outpost (ALPR) deals as a quota-carrying Senior Account Executive. Lead comprehensive sales cycles with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients, collaborating with executive stakeholders to deliver meaningful, customer-centric solutions. Serve as the Axon Outpost product authority, providing engaging demonstrations and effectively communicating ROI, operational impact, and customer value. Develop accurate solution scopes, pricing, and proposals that encompass hardware, software, services, and deployments. Formulate and execute strategic account plans aligned with Axon’s Enterprise go-to-market strategy. Drive partner-led initiatives alongside value-added resellers, systems integrators, and commercial partners. Navigate complex technical, commercial, and organizational landscapes to minimize risks and expedite deal closures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine best practices and enhance the Outpost experience across enterprise clients. Work with Enterprise leadership to shape scalable Outpost sales motions.

Your Impact

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Outpost, you will be responsible for securing and finalizing complex, high-value Outpost opportunities across various sectors including enterprise and commercial verticals such as retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, logistics, rail, and other large-scale environments.

You will be a quota-carrying seller and a key leader in Axon’s Enterprise “startup” movement—playing a crucial role in shaping go-to-market strategies, establishing repeatable sales processes, and enhancing Axon’s ALPR presence beyond traditional public safety.

You will act as the primary deal owner for enterprise Outpost opportunities and a trusted expert on our products and solutions, adeptly demonstrating how Outpost hardware, software, and workflows deliver return on investment, operational efficiency, and mission impact on a large scale.
