Responsibilities:Strategically engage with senior customer stakeholders currently using Smartsheet to drive additional revenue through upselling new solutions. Expand our customer base by securing new logos and promoting our comprehensive suite of products and services. Increase account revenue and footprint with the ultimate goal of securing enterprise-wide contract agreements. Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle with organizations exceeding 5,000 employees, utilizing the MEDDICC sales framework. Implement multithreading strategies and consistent lead outreach to foster business growth within both new and existing customers. Conduct consultative and cross-functional discovery calls, acting as a consultant to identify customer needs and align their challenges with impactful Smartsheet solutions. Respond to customer requirements in a highly competitive sales landscape, including RFP responses, setting collaboration goals, success criteria, and strategic program plans. Serve as a subject matter expert on Smartsheet’s products and solutions, educating customers on how we can partner effectively to evaluate our software.

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Executive to become a key member of our enterprise team, focusing on revenue growth from Asia's largest enterprises. The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders, and cultivating relationships with senior executives. This position represents Smartsheet's most senior frontline sales role in the Asia region, and a history of successful performance with large enterprise accounts is essential.

This pivotal role is based in Singapore and will significantly contribute to the success of our operations in Asia. Reporting to the Director of Asia Sales, this role utilizes a team-oriented go-to-market strategy, featuring a dedicated enterprise sales representative, a solutions engineer, and a customer success manager to enhance account engagement and solution design.
