Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define the project roadmap and deliver unmatched performance. Attract, hire, and retain outstanding engineering talent. What We Look For:Extensive expertise in database kernel or internals development, including query execution, optimization, and storage engines.8+ years of experience in database internals or related systems engineering.5+ years of experience in engineering management, including building and scaling high-performance teams. Proven capability to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent. Strong history of delivering complex, high-scale distributed systems. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Master's or PhD preferred).
