What will I be doing?
In this impactful role, you will be instrumental in architecting and enhancing our Internal AI Engineering Platform. You will construct the infrastructure, from Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to shared workflows, enabling our software teams to accelerate their development while ensuring system reliability and security. Your contributions will significantly influence Kaluza’s efforts to minimize defects, enhance productivity, and establish a benchmark for AI-driven development.
- AI Tooling Orchestration: Spearhead the trials and implementation of advanced engineering tools, including Claude Code, Kiro, and Opencode, ensuring their seamless integration into the developer workflow.
- Infrastructure & Connectivity: Design and maintain our MCP (Model Context Protocol) registry, creating a secure and scalable process for approving and deploying new servers and tools.
- Shared Workflows: Develop and uphold shared services and standards that standardize coding practices and automate repetitive architectural tasks across teams to facilitate AI workflows.
