You will collaborate closely with engineers and specialists within the Kaluza Data Product team, as well as other Kaluza domain implementation leads and pertinent client subject-matter experts to ensure that our data model and products are tailored to meet our client's specific requirements.Responsibilities include:Client Engagement: Clearly articulate Kaluza data products and data models to key clients.Requirements & Roadmap: Document and translate client requirements for data products, aligning them with the global product roadmap priorities.Development Support: Assist development by refining and prioritizing backlog items, collaborating with software engineers to deliver solutions that add value for clients.Product Adoption: Foster product adoption through the creation of technical documentation, release communications, and conducting training sessions.

What You Will Do Kaluza has built the core systems for Reward & Benefits, but as a Reward Specialist, there is room to shape and improve global compensation, bonuses, commissions, equity, and related offerings. This is a hands-on role within a growing scale-up, with the chance to influence how reward and benefits support business goals and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage the organization’s reward and benefits framework to ensure market competitiveness, business alignment, and legal compliance. Advise the People team and business leaders on pay, recognition, and benefits to support employee engagement and retention. Lead the annual pay review and bonus cycle, working closely with People Partners and Finance. Oversee the company’s pay band structures, maintaining both internal consistency and external competitiveness. Support leadership with executive reward, including the design, governance, and administration of senior leadership and executive bonus schemes.
