Key Responsibilities: Design and develop device drivers for current and upcoming gaming consoles. Implement reliable embedded software utilizing modern C++ principles. Guide architecture definition and produce relevant documentation. Oversee development tasks on significant software subsystems, offering hands-on mentorship to junior team members. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing device drivers for complex SOCs. At least 5 years of experience in developing multithreaded software applications. Proficiency in lower-level device driver concepts, including DMA, memory hierarchy, cache coherence, and memory barrier instructions. Experience utilizing logic analyzers or oscilloscopes for debugging and validation purposes. Strong understanding of fundamental computer science data structures and algorithms. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree. Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
