Engage with external authorities to secure approvals for maintenance requests related to Natural Gas Equipment. Ensure effective communication and coordination with external vendors and contractors, facilitating site surveys, safety induction courses, and execution of site activities. Review and validate Method Statements and risk assessments relevant to each job. Follow up and verify that all job closeouts are accurately completed in SAP. Initiate purchase requisitions in SAP, detailing scope of supply and spare part specifications, while collaborating with the Procurement Department to evaluate vendor quotations for maintenance services and monitor delivery of spare parts and materials.
