Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electronics. Experience in electronic product manufacturing, specifically in Surface Mount Technology and final assembly within the automotive sector. Strong knowledge of quality methodologies including 8D, FMEA, CP, PPAP, SPC, and technical statistics. Familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Proficiency in Q-Tools and SAP systems. Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, tools, and systems. Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM), schematics, and layouts. Demonstrated ability in risk evaluation and requirements management. Comprehensive understanding of the product development life cycle. A commitment to consistently meet and exceed process and quality standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and entrepreneurial skills. Ability to use judgment and context for informed decision-making. Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics.

About the job

  • Collaborate closely with the lead product planning and development teams, as well as international production plants and cross-functional teams, to uphold quality standards during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process at Bosch's International Production Network.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring series production readiness for new product launches.
  • Engage in project meetings with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards throughout the industrialization phase.
  • Manage customer claims, including 0 km and field failures, leading analysis and providing comprehensive 8D reports to customers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding claim handling.
  • Review and approve Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
  • Lead and participate in Q-Task forces alongside customers, suppliers, and internal teams to conduct root cause analysis of complex ECU failures.
  • Participate in quality gate reviews to ensure adherence to standards prior to product launch into series production.
  • Evaluate risks associated with NPI activities and implement appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  • Contribute to the P-FMEA and D-FMEA processes.
  • Conduct relocation audits, line release audits, and process release audits.
  • Collaborate with global teams to derive solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
  • Initiate and coordinate investigations involving internal stakeholders such as ECU manufacturing plants and development teams.
  • Ensure the new product launches occur without any quality deviations and in alignment with project milestones.
  • Meet deadlines for claims handling.
