Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in electrical design and product development, preferably in consumer electronics or wearable technology. - Proficiency in schematic design and PCB layout using industry-standard software (e.g., Altium, Cadence). - Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and embedded systems. - Experience collaborating with JDM partners and cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (FCC, CE, etc.). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to production, ensuring electrical engineering best practices are integrated throughout the process. You will design and prototype electrical systems, select optimal components, create detailed schematics, and conduct rigorous testing to validate performance and safety standards. Your expertise will also be crucial in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.
