Your Impact
As a Senior member of the Robotics Electrical Engineering team, you will spearhead innovative hands-on design, development, and testing of state-of-the-art electronics vital to AXON Robotics Products. Your vast technical knowledge, comprehensive understanding of engineering methodologies, genuine enthusiasm for technology, and a proactive ownership mentality will be pivotal in crafting exceptional designs that surpass our customers’ rigorous standards. In this role, you will take charge of the design, development, and verification of essential electronic circuits and systems, collaborating with product engineering teams globally. As an electrical engineering authority designing world-class products, your robust technical leadership will inspire and cultivate junior engineering talent through mentorship and collaboration within the teams. - Conduct research, propose, and develop cutting-edge circuit designs for Axon Robotics products.
- Select, design, develop, and verify system circuitry and hardware in alignment with project goals and specifications.
- Utilize schematic capture tools to design integrated Mixed-Signal electronic circuitry.
- Collaborate with PCB design engineers to define, plan, implement, and review printed circuit board layouts using Allegro or similar tools.
- Possess a strong background in selecting new electrical components and managing suppliers to ensure optimal design choices.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, technology partners, and manufacturing teams to oversee electronics development from initial concept through to mass production.
- Lead schematic and layout design inspections to enhance the quality of design releases.
