YOUR MISSION
As a Senior FPGA Developer at True Anomaly, you will lead the architecture, implementation, and verification of complex FPGA-based systems for our spacecraft. You will have complete ownership of your technical domain—from requirements gathering and architecture design to simulation, integration, and on-orbit support. Your role will involve managing uncertainty and facilitating cross-team collaboration with minimal oversight. You will define FPGA-to-CPU/SoC interface architectures, oversee verification planning for complete digital subsystems, and provide a system-aware perspective that balances performance, cost, and risk across various disciplines. As a senior contributor, you will mentor colleagues, elevate the technical standards of the team, and introduce innovative solutions to intricate challenges. Collaboration with avionics, embedded software, and testing teams will be essential to create high-reliability, radiation-tolerant firmware solutions deployed on operational spacecraft.
