Qualifications
As a Senior Electrical Engineer - Critical Facilities, your responsibilities will include leading the design team across multiple projects, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of work assigned to you and your team, while gaining insights into both technical and operational aspects from supervising designers and engineers. Additional responsibilities include:Assuming responsible charge for the overall economic health of assigned projects. Engaging in business development initiatives. Conducting due diligence reports that align with company standards and procedures, while establishing design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. Designing large-scale projects, preparing comprehensive reports and specifications, and providing exceptional technical leadership. Setting project budgets and timelines. Networking within Syska Hennessy Group and externally. Participating in the QA/QC process of completed work by staff. Performing duties as the Engineer of Record for projects. Executing calculations, equipment selection, system design, layout, field investigations, and construction administration. Managing and reviewing staff resources. Producing drawings that meet client specifications and standards. Offering consulting engineering services, including preparation of due diligence reports.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee trade-specific system design, including layout (both mark-ups and self-performed production using CAD/BIM), calculations (employing relevant software), and various design services, while ensuring coordination with other disciplines.
