A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the food delivery or e-commerce sector. Familiarity with digital product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum is preferred. Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies. Strong project management abilities and attention to detail while maintaining a strategic outlook on business goals. Innovative mindset with a keen interest in industry trends. Proficient in data interpretation for informed decision-making.

Join Domino’s as a Senior eCommerce Product Owner and take the lead in transforming our digital customer experience. We seek a candidate who is passionate about digital innovation and adept at product management. In this impactful role, you will spearhead the creation and management of cutting-edge digital products and features that enhance customer journeys and contribute significantly to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities (75%):

  • Drive the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for eCommerce products contributing over $6 billion in revenue.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of designers, developers, marketers, and data scientists to define product requirements and prioritize features that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions to refine features and user interactions.
  • Act as the customer advocate by gathering and analyzing user feedback and collaborating with research teams to inform product strategies that exceed customer expectations.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technologies in the food delivery and restaurant sectors to foster innovation.

Product Governance (25%):

  • Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of projects that meet defined requirements.
  • Support necessary IT initiatives to enhance site performance and ordering accessibility in compliance with WCAG standards.
  • Collaborate with international eCommerce teams to incorporate best practices in user experience.
  • Work alongside the eCommerce Product Innovation team to align on business initiatives and cross-functional requirements.
