The Senior Director of LEO Satellite Operations will be responsible for overseeing the development of the systems and team tasked with operating the Lightspeed satellite constellation through all mission phases, including initial deployment, orbit raising, operational service, and end-of-life disposal. The Director will manage the operations concepts, select systems necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the constellation, supervise the development and validation of the Satellite Operations Center (SOC) systems, and lead the training and building of the Satellite Operations team. This role is vital in ensuring the reliable, efficient long-term operations of the satellite constellation post-launch.
