THE JOB
We are seeking a Senior Director of Leadership Development to spearhead the future of leadership cultivation at VEG. This role is pivotal in our commitment to empowering leaders by establishing pathways and infrastructure that foster exceptional leadership. The Senior Director will have a comprehensive vision for leadership development, overseeing the entire process from nurturing future leaders to enhancing the skills of current leaders. Collaborating closely with Operations and our Talent & People teams, the Senior Director will define effective leadership characteristics at VEG and create the necessary framework to implement these standards across our hospitals. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in high-growth settings and is passionate about creating clarity, alignment, and meaningful impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Strategic Planning: Develop and continuously refine the long-term vision for leadership development to keep pace with VEG’s growth and the evolving business environment.
- VEG Learning Ecosystem: Act as a strategic partner to construct a seamless and scalable learning ecosystem that supports growth at all organizational levels.
- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Build strong partnerships to ensure leadership programs are aligned with real hospital needs and VEG’s strategic objectives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, innovative team while maintaining high standards of accountability.
