Role Overview: The Senior Director of Global Paid Media & Growth will spearhead the creation and implementation of Huda Beauty’s global media strategy, enhancing our media ecosystem to achieve significant impacts in brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and sustainable profitability. This role combines strategic insight and operational expertise, positioning paid media as a premier, data-centric growth engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Global Paid Media Strategy & Investment:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive global paid media strategy that encompasses all stages of the customer journey: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Formulate a global media investment framework that aligns with our commercial goals, brand image, and audience needs.
- Create robust allocation and measurement models focused on effectiveness, efficiency, and contribution margins.
- Merge brand and performance media into a unified, scalable growth engine.
Establish a Global Paid Media Operating Model:
- Launch and direct a Global Paid Media Center of Excellence.
- Clarify central versus market-led responsibilities to ensure agility and accountability.
- Develop governance frameworks, operational standards, and playbooks to guarantee consistency and scalability across global markets.
- Strategically in-house essential capabilities while optimizing partnerships with external agencies to foster growth.
Implement Performance Measurement & Financial Discipline:
- Introduce advanced measurement frameworks such as incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling, and attribution analysis.
- Standardize global KPIs across markets (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, ROI, blended efficiency).
- Integrate real-time and quarterly performance assessments into global commercial planning.
- Utilize AI, automation, and predictive analytics to enhance targeting, forecasting, and creative development.
Enhance Market Capability & Global Alignment:
- Collaborate with market leaders to elevate paid media capabilities and ensure global alignment with strategic initiatives.
