The Senior Director of Human Resources will spearhead the Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, acting as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders across various international markets. This role is pivotal in aligning the global people strategy with business goals, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and ensuring HR practices and compliance governance are consistent yet adaptable across the United States, APAC, and EMEA regions.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive international HR leadership experience, strong business acumen, and a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing HRBP teams within complex, multicultural environments.
