Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement KAYAK’s North American flight commercial strategy across airlines, OTAs, consolidators, and innovative distribution models. Enhance revenue and market competitiveness through optimized commercial frameworks, leading complex negotiations from alignment of strategy and goals to execution. Identify growth opportunities through both OTA and direct airline partnerships, including NDC, EDIFACT/GDS channels, direct APIs, and hybrid distribution models. Analyze performance metrics at route, carrier, and point-of-sale levels to guide negotiation strategies and commercial prioritization. Address marketplace challenges with innovative, data-driven commercial strategies that extend beyond conventional industry practices.

We are looking for a Senior Director of Flight Commercial Partnerships to spearhead and expand our North American flight commercial strategy. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing margins, and delivering long-term strategic value through airline, OTA, consolidator, ancillary, and distribution partnerships throughout the region.

In this role, you will manage the complete commercial lifecycle for flight partnerships in North America—encompassing strategy, deal structuring, execution, optimization, and sustained relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess profound travel distribution knowledge, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep understanding of airline revenue management, OTA economics, and fare systems infrastructure.
