About the Role
The Senior Digital Creative Project Manager is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional endowed with exceptional project management and communication skills. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Content and working closely with channel leads, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of digital asset production within the Digital function. This involves coordinating workflows between the Digital Design team, copywriters, and the Translations team to ensure timely creation, approval, and delivery of each asset.
As the main point of contact for Digital Design, Translations, and the Digital Content Manager, you will guarantee that all teams are equipped with the necessary content, clarity, and support to produce high-quality digital outputs efficiently and consistently.
As a Senior Digital Creative Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the digital project management initiative, managing the end-to-end creation of digital content across all channels and markets, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with briefs.
- Serve as the CPA lead for all campaigns, brand moments, and digital activations, ensuring cross-channel visibility, alignment, and adherence to established timelines.
- Own and refine the Digital CPA framework, synchronizing timelines across the Digital team to establish a standardized campaign cadence and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Utilize Monday.com as the primary source of truth for CPA tracking, implementing automation and AI functionalities to enhance deadline forecasting, risk identification, and reporting.
- Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and complexities.
