This pivotal role involves leading the design, administration, and optimization of our CRM and core go-to-market (GTM) systems, with an emphasis on automation, integration, and data governance. You will ensure that our systems are fast, reliable, and scalable, enabling our Sales, Marketing, and Founder Success teams to operate effectively.Your Responsibilities:Technical Leadership and MentorshipAct as the technical authority for the Revenue Operations systems team, guiding architecture, tools, and best practices.Provide mentorship to team members on CRM, automation, and integration projects.CRM Administration and Technical ManagementOversee the daily administration of Salesforce (and/or HubSpot), focusing on architecture and configuration.Develop and manage objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and automations that align with GTM processes.Ensure all system changes are rigorously tested, documented, and implemented through a structured change management process.Optimization of Revenue Tech Stack and IntegrationsAssess, implement, and enhance integrations across our GTM stack (Salesforce/HubSpot, sequencing tools, enrichment platforms, marketing automation, data warehouse, etc.).Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure integrations are dependable, well-documented, and comply with data governance standards.Management of Traditional Enrichment VendorsManage relationships and configurations for enrichment and data quality tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, RingLead, StoreLeads, and other enrichment vendors).Design and oversee enrichment workflows that enhance revenue generation and data accuracy.
