We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our secure cloud platform team supporting government clients at Hill Air Force Base. This role is focused on execution and requires strong DevOps engineering expertise. You will be responsible for designing, building, and operating CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and developing platform tools that facilitate rapid and secure delivery within a complex government program.
This position works at the convergence of development and operations. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience with GitOps and infrastructure as code, be adept in classified multi-network environments, and demonstrate extreme ownership by taking full responsibility for infrastructure components from design to production management.

Reliable, automated CI/CD pipelines integrated with security scanning to enable faster delivery without compromising safety.
Infrastructure defined as code, version-controlled, and consistent across environments—eliminating snowflake systems.
Platform tools (Crossplane, Backstage, Argo CD) that streamline processes for engineering teams and enhance delivery speed.
Security and compliance measures inherently integrated into pipelines; compliance with STIGs, accreditation requirements, and hardening standards is achieved without delaying delivery.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, proactively addressing infrastructure gaps, proposing solutions, and effectively communicating impacts to stakeholders.
