Your Role:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other engineering team members to streamline code releases. You will work to eliminate barriers between software development, testing, and operations teams while ensuring that existing networks are considered during the design, planning, and testing phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes.
- Configure product functionalities, including integration interfaces, integration maps, web services, and transport protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting integration and system operations.
- Ensure high availability of products and platforms, including messaging, voice, and email gateways, providing emergency assessments and solutions.
- Write and implement scripts across various environments to automate daily operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations as part of a collaborative team effort.
- Maintain server configurations, monitoring jobs, and infrastructure documentation across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Work effectively with offshore teams and our extensive partner network daily.
