What Skills Do I Need? 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering, showcasing ownership of large-scale production cloud environments. Expertise in modern cloud infrastructure tools, with significant experience using Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, and major cloud service providers (AWS and/or Azure). Experience managing enterprise-level data persistence solutions, including NoSQL and SQL databases, key/value stores, and messaging systems (e.g., AMQP, MQTT). Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Mimir, Thanos, Grafana) and a solid understanding of best practices in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) within a rapidly growing SaaS context. Proficiency in modern programming or scripting languages relevant to infrastructure tasks (e.g., Go, TypeScript, Python, Bash). A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Availability to work during Eastern Time Zone (Boston) hours.

You excel at developing automation solutions that reduce manual effort, designing resilient architectures at a global scale, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of cloud infrastructure—from design to observability. With a proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement, you automate wherever possible and reinforce fragile systems. You adeptly navigate production incidents and collaborate with developers to enhance their workflows.
