Role overview
The Senior DevOps Engineer will help design and deliver multi-tenant SaaS solutions that support transparency and efficiency for government agencies. This position sits within a collaborative engineering team and focuses on software development, cloud infrastructure, and automation of CI/CD pipelines. The stack includes GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, ArgoCD, and Grafana, all within an AI-first engineering culture.
What you will do
- Work with teams across the company to turn business priorities into features that benefit customers.
- Write clear, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Design, deploy, and maintain a scalable, highly available multi-tenant SaaS environment on AWS.
- Manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Improve AWS service performance with a focus on cost and reliability.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for all AWS services.
- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to protect sensitive information.
