About the Team:

The Structures and Mechanisms team oversees the comprehensive design, construction, and testing lifecycle of the integrated structures and flight mechanisms of Terran R. Whether focusing on highly iterative mechanisms or precision structures that must not fail, you will gain hands-on ownership over hardware and observe the rocket's evolution on the assembly floor. The team operates under a unified department, sharing design principles, tools, and a holistic approach to provide an in-depth understanding of Terran R. Members will engage with multiple components beyond just a single subsystem and are empowered to make pivotal decisions that directly affect flight hardware. Beyond the initial flight, you will be instrumental in refining designs for manufacturability and efficiency.
