Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years with Databricks.8 years of consulting experience is preferred. Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong technical expertise in Databricks and related technologies. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM). In-depth knowledge of best practices and methodologies in a Big Data environment. A proactive approach, combined with a positive team-oriented attitude. Commitment to diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment of openness to new ideas. Willingness to travel up to 30-50% of the time. Hybrid work model: 1 to 2 days per week in the office.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with clients in crafting innovative Big Data strategies and roadmaps, particularly focusing on Databricks. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of industries, including Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, and Utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on platform selection for Databricks, ensuring optimal solutions.
  • Design efficient data flow and processing pipelines utilizing modern technologies like Spark on Scala, Storm, Flume, and Sqoop.
  • Create tailored data structures for ingestion and reporting based on specific use cases and technologies.
  • Offer expertise in data management by evaluating requirements and developing robust data architecture, including platform selection and design.
  • Provide mentorship to consultants, sharing best practices and conducting code reviews.
  • Coordinate with data source application owners to ensure seamless integration with analytics platforms.
  • Address data integrity issues proactively.
  • Participate in necessary meetings to facilitate business and technical development.
