Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement predictive classification and regression models, including anomaly detection algorithms. Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and data preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs for machine learning models. Assess and enhance model performance utilizing statistical and machine learning methodologies. Design and execute A/B testing to evaluate and validate model effectiveness. Perform customer segmentation through various clustering techniques. Create and maintain model monitoring dashboards and establish governance protocols for models. Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to effectively incorporate predictive models into operational workflows. Partner with the ML Engineering team to ensure efficient data pipelines and scalable model deployment. Analyze diverse datasets to uncover valuable insights and identify actionable opportunities for optimization and innovation. Qualifications About You 5+ years of experience in data science, particularly in machine learning modeling. Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning, with experience in libraries such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Solid expertise in SQL and experience working with large datasets. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate findings effectively.

As a Senior Data Scientist within our Data and Growth teams, you will specialize in machine learning modeling to develop predictive models that deepen our understanding of customer behaviors, enhance user experiences, and optimize member acquisition and retention strategies. This hands-on role centers on addressing complex challenges, creating and deploying machine learning models, and promoting data-informed decision-making.

Your daily responsibilities will include data analysis, preparation, and structuring; constructing and refining predictive models; applying clustering algorithms; and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to integrate machine learning solutions into customer-centric strategies and processes.
