Our Threat Intelligence team is committed to delivering precise and timely insights regarding potential threats to our products. Our diverse team of experts spans various disciplines, including Data Science, Malware Research, Development, and Privacy, all working towards a unified objective through the application of data feeds, heuristics, algorithms, and machine learning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions to complex problems while conducting research, debugging, and data analysis across various sources;
  • Create scalable, reliable code and document your contributions and explorations;
  • Research, develop, and deploy data science solutions to production;
  • Develop custom machine learning metrics to monitor model performance;
  • Analyze validation/testing outcomes, provide explanations, and refine model designs accordingly;
  • Collaborate with team members to plan deliverables;
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality;
  • Maintain open communication regarding project progress;
  • Mentor colleagues and share knowledge within the team;
  • Propose enhancements to existing solutions.

Core Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in data science and/or mathematical modeling;
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods (e.g., Monte Carlo, hypothesis testing, bootstrap, Bayesian inference);
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with machine learning algorithms: linear regression, random forest, gradient boosted trees, neural networks, k-means, etc.;
  • Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with the PyData stack (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, etc.);
