Construct ML and non-ML models to identify unsafe, uncomfortable, or anomalous behaviors. Examine expansive drive logs and simulation datasets to discern patterns, regressions, and systemic gaps. Collaborate with perception, prediction, behavior, and simulation teams to embed metrics into operational workflows. Articulate insights and recommendations to engineering leaders and cross-functional teams. SkillsTo thrive in this role, candidates typically possess:Expertise in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark). Strong comprehension of vehicle dynamics, kinematics, agent interactions, and traffic elements.
