We are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to make significant contributions to our Member Data Science team, focusing on propelling member growth through diverse initiatives. In this role, you will be crucial in establishing measurement frameworks and analytical systems that underpin our growth strategies from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include defining key performance indicators (KPIs), developing tracking systems, designing experiments, performing customer segmentation and price elasticity analyses, and enhancing member acquisition economics through predictive modeling.
As a Senior Data Scientist in the Member Growth division, you will be responsible for defining and managing essential growth KPIs, constructing and maintaining reliable dashboards to monitor performance, and setting clear success metrics throughout the growth funnel. You will delve into analyses such as customer segmentation, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and trade-off assessments to pinpoint optimization levers for conversion, while becoming a subject matter expert in our member referral program. You will also develop models (e.g., propensity or uplift models) to guide targeting, prioritization, and investment decisions across growth initiatives. This role demands robust technical expertise (SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Statistics), a deep understanding of metrics, segmentation, experimentation, and excellent collaboration skills.
This position is inherently cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, product management, lifecycle marketing, data science, design, operations, finance, and executive teams to set growth objectives, outline referral program strategies, prioritize features, share insights, and implement actionable solutions.
