About the Team
Our Defence team specializes in developing human-centered AI solutions that enhance national security and maintain our global competitive edge. Collaborating closely with clients, we implement ethical and cutting-edge AI solutions in high-stakes scenarios, ensuring the balance of global powers that safeguards our freedom.
Due to the sensitive nature of our work, candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and be prepared to work on-site with clients 2 to 4 days a week, which may involve travel throughout the UK. When not on client sites, you will have the flexibility to work from our London office or remotely within the UK.
About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead pivotal AI projects and influence the technical direction of tailored solutions. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with essential team leadership responsibilities.
You will define data science methodologies, design robust software architectures, mentor junior team members, and ensure rigorous project delivery while fostering strong client relationships that reinforce our reputation in measurable AI.
