Mentor junior engineers in SQL development, reporting, analytics, and performance tuning best practices. Establish and enforce data governance standards for security, compliance, and consistency across all environments. Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in database engineering, architecture, or administration, particularly with production-grade SQL Server environments. Demonstrated experience in designing and automating ETL pipelines and data warehouse solutions that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Deep expertise in database performance tuning, optimization, and maintenance. Solid understanding of data governance standards and best practices.
