In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in reshaping our data platform, transitioning it from a conventional ETL-based warehouse to a powerful, agile data architecture. Your primary objective will be to eradicate latency issues in our current system, propelling us towards a platform that supports rapid query performance for real-time portal metrics, as well as developing models for data science and internal diagnostics.
You will collaborate closely with our Data Analytics, Customer-Facing Portal, and Data Science teams, constructing data solutions that enable them to uncover deeper insights and facilitate crucial business decisions. This position demands extensive collaboration; you will engage with diverse stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and design the necessary infrastructure and technologies, ingestion processes, and data applications to meet them. Whether enhancing a customer-facing dashboard or an internal diagnostic tool, you'll ensure our data is accessible, swift, and dependable, all while advocating for engineering excellence and shaping our technical future.
