About the Team: 

The Factory Test team is responsible for designing, building, and operating the essential infrastructure required to test nearly every component of the Terran R rocket at our headquarters in Long Beach, CA. This centralized approach allows engineers and technicians to gain exposure to the entire product lifecycle across a diverse range of part sizes and complexities. The scale and scope of our operations are substantial, with test stands capable of enduring millions of pounds of force. Team members lead multiple projects concurrently, fostering cross-functional collaboration and acquiring broad technical expertise without necessitating a background in aerospace. With significant testing campaigns on the horizon, including thrust structure and stage 2 testing, now is the perfect time to join our team. You will not just execute tasks; you will help design and expand the test infrastructure needed to meet the demands of our rapidly growing launch program.
