We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to become an integral part of our team at Realtor.com®. This pivotal role focuses on delivering strategic and analytical insights crucial for optimizing the performance of our Real Pro Select product line. As this premium product expands its market share from approximately 13% to a more significant fraction of all For-Sale leads, your contributions will be vital to its success. This entails providing in-depth analysis to enhance product optimization, performance measurement, and ROI validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Strategic Thought Partner for product, revenue, and engineering teams, delivering insights to align our Real Pro Select product with company strategy.
- Innovate ways to optimize lead flow dynamics between premium and core products, including setting lead expectations and allocation recommendations.
- Utilize creative thinking to enhance product packaging and refine current strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
- Establish a clear analytical framework to assess lead quality for Real Pro Select, ensuring alignment with pricing model assumptions, and recommend actionable interventions when necessary.
- Implement robust systems to monitor and evaluate customer ROI expectations for Real Pro Select.
- Analyze product performance against internal benchmarks, examining lead quality, conversion rates, and churn to create structured performance reports.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales funnel metrics, and customer retention data to surface actionable insights.
