Familiarity with statistical modeling and data analysis tools is essential. We also value problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.

About the job

At Garner Health, we are on a mission to revolutionize the healthcare economy by providing accessible, high-quality care to everyone.

Our innovative approach involves collaborating with employers to enhance healthcare benefits through transparent incentives and robust, data-driven insights. By guiding employees towards higher-quality, more affordable care, we aim to create a healthcare system that benefits all stakeholders: improved patient health outcomes, better spending of employer healthcare dollars, and enhanced rewards for physicians delivering exceptional care instead of merely performing more procedures.

As one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the U. S., our solutions are trusted by leading employers and providers in the industry. We are committed to building a team of passionate, mission-oriented professionals eager to make a substantial impact on healthcare at scale.

About the Position:

We are looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our Garner Connect team. In this role, you will be responsible for the core systems that drive our provider-facing products. You will oversee our financial ROI model, product analytics, and data analytics strategy for a new provider product. Your contributions will be crucial in leveraging data to guide members towards superior healthcare outcomes, while collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop high-performing systems at scale. Garner's member app assists users throughout their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive high-quality care while maintaining affordability and availability of providers.

Work Environment:

This position is based in our New York City office, with a requirement to work in the office three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and measure the success of a new financial product, including financial ROI, performance guarantees, and performance metrics.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including problem identification, execution, validation, and refinement.
  • Design, develop, and maintain a data framework encompassing data pipelines, statistical models, and advanced analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate across various teams (data, product, engineering, and operations) to define product and provider engagement metrics and model provider behavior.
  • Prepare and present findings to Garner leadership to inform strategic company decisions.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of data analytics practices, tools, and documentation.

About Garner Health

Garner Health is at the forefront of transforming the healthcare economy, working tirelessly to ensure that high-quality, affordable care is accessible to everyone. Our innovative technology solutions and collaborative partnerships with employers are reshaping how healthcare is delivered and financed in the United States.
