The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst in the New Services & Expansion team, you will steer the analytics for Relay’s growth strategies. This is an evolving domain with undefined metrics and scattered data across teams. Your role will involve determining what to measure as much as performing the measurements themselves. The expansion efforts impact all facets of the network, hence you will collaborate across routing, sortation, first mile, middle mile, last mile, marketplace, and commercial sectors to assess how new services influence the system.
You will be part of a centralized data team consisting of around 30 data engineers, analysts, and scientists, while being embedded within the New Services & Expansion squad.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights for strategic expansion initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators for new service offerings.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
