The Role
In our data-driven environment, we leverage data to inform all our operations. Our small but influential data team focuses on a variety of projects ranging from operations research to optimize daily parcel deliveries to comprehensive business metrics that inform our growth and investment strategies.
We seek a Senior Data Analyst for the End Customer segment. This position presents a unique opportunity to use your analytical expertise to enhance the design and performance of our critical logistics infrastructure as we expand.
You will collaborate closely with teams across routing, sortation, first mile, middle mile, last mile, marketplace, and our commercial functions, while also working with operations, product, and engineering teams to identify challenges, formulate hypotheses, and extract insights.
As an essential member of key cross-functional teams, you will gain significant exposure to real-world operations and the chance to effect real change through data.
