Role Overview

We are in the process of building a modern data team, and we seek a proactive Senior Data Analyst. This role is critical in ensuring that our data is not just available but also actionable and embraced by our teams.

You will be responsible for the data tools and platforms relied upon by our leadership and teams, including dashboards, weekly insights, and thorough analyses that transform complex data signals into clear priorities and action plans.

As a key player, you will ensure the accuracy and adoption of metrics by reconciling definitions, conducting acceptance tests, and closing instrumentation gaps, empowering teams to self-serve.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations, you will collaborate closely with our leadership, Product, and Customer teams to elevate our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive dashboards and data sources that empower self-service, providing clear and trusted insights that guide daily operations and decision-making.

  • Facilitate insights discovery by establishing a consistent rhythm to surface the most pertinent information for stakeholders.

  • Take ownership of metric quality in alignment with stakeholders, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to ensure reliable answers to critical questions.
