Qualifications
Responsibilities
Collaborate with People teams (compensation, recruiting, culture/talent/development, etc.) to address their inquiries, transform analyses into actionable insights, and provide strategic business recommendations.
Assist in the development and execution of a roadmap for people data investments to capture immediate value while positioning the team for sustained success.
Work alongside Data Engineering and HRIS teams to establish and manage a centralized repository for people data.
Design and create automated dashboards to enable stakeholders to independently access their data and analytical requirements.
Prioritize and manage analytical and reporting requests from various sectors within the People team.
Develop and uphold ongoing data governance and data quality initiatives.
Effectively convey analytical findings to audiences with non-technical backgrounds.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant analytics experience (preferably in people/HR analytics).
Advanced SQL proficiency, with the ability to manipulate large datasets.
Proficient in Python or R, with a strong emphasis on data wrangling and analysis.
Extensive experience with Tableau or a comparable visualization tool is essential.
Experience in analyzing complex people data (e.g., headcount, attrition, recruiting metrics, compensation data) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Familiarity with data architecture fundamentals and data warehousing principles.
Proficient in data modeling and adherence to data quality best practices.
A proven ability to communicate effectively and prioritize with key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working autonomously.
