Senior Data Analyst - AI Personalisation & Digital Growth
Madrid / Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
Why This Role Exists
Ebury has recently revitalized its brand, visual identity, and has re-platformed every client-facing system. Now, we need to ensure that this new identity converts. We are seeking someone capable of linking our data warehouse, AI capabilities, and digital channels to answer a critical question:
How can we transform every client interaction into a customized, high-converting experience that makes each client feel unique?
Currently, monitoring essential product adoption and conversion metrics across channels involves manual SQL queries and reconciling inconsistent tracking tools. In the future, we aim for a single source of truth—automated, reliable, and actionable—that not only reports on performance but actively enhances personalization across our website, app, emails, and every journey our clients navigate.
What You’ll Own
Digital Analytics & Conversion Intelligence
- Develop and manage the Unified Product Adoption & Marketing Analytics Framework—the definitive source of truth for client behavior across web, mobile app, API, and offline channels.
- Track the complete client lifecycle: from initial website visit to onboarding, first transaction, and expansion into new products.
- Identify conversion drop-offs by country, channel, and business line, recommending data-driven interventions.
AI-Driven Hyper-Personalisation
- Establish the analytics and data foundations for hyper-personalized client experiences—utilizing insights from our client intelligence graph to provide tailored interfaces, content, and product recommendations.
