Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Customer Support Associate, you will:Engage with our customers via chat, email, and phone to deliver an enjoyable and efficient Pleo experience. Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to the Pleo product, escalating to the appropriate internal teams as necessary. Provide valuable feedback and insights to cross-functional teams regarding product development based on customer interactions. Contribute to our knowledge base by sharing learnings and fostering knowledge sharing within the team and beyond. QualificationsYou will excel in this role if you:Are fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in Danish or German. Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer support through live chat, email, and phone. Possess a persistent and analytical approach to problem-solving. Can simplify complex issues into clear, understandable terms. Have a genuine desire to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
