What You’ll DoLead and enhance renewal, churn, and expansion forecasting to boost leadership confidence in revenue projections. Revamp and optimize Salesforce architecture affecting contracts, renewals, and lifecycle reporting. Define clear metrics and governance standards, translating reporting into actionable insights that drive measurable impacts for Customer Success teams. Empower Customer Success leadership and CSMs by embedding data literacy, establishing clear operational rhythms, and providing practical guidance for daily execution. Collaborate with Finance to enhance revenue hygiene and improve alignment in forecasting. Drive prioritization and alignment with Systems to facilitate impactful operational upgrades. Develop scalable processes to enhance efficiency and clarity across the Customer Success department. Lead cross-functional initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and adoption, ensuring sustainable change. What You’ll BringA minimum of 5 years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS. Demonstrated experience in ownership or significant improvement of renewal and expansion forecasting. Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and operational management.
