Your Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for our key customers from their initial engagement through to renewal, focusing on high-to-medium touch interactions. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products. Your primary objective will be to drive customer happiness and retention, facilitating growth through alignment and superior engagement. You will build strong relationships, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our platform, while collaborating with our Sales, Product, Engineering, and Consulting teams to deliver top-tier support. As your customers evolve with OneTrust, your responsibilities will expand to encompass all live products, making you a key ambassador for Trust in the workplace.
