Facilitate executive governance meetings, client strategy discussions, and long-term planning to advance commercial transformation goals. Provide proactive, data-informed insights and recommendations that align with business goals, brand strategy, and product lifecycle dynamics. Commercial Sales Operations ExpertiseExhibit in-depth knowledge of life sciences commercial sales operations, including sales force design, territory strategy, quota setting, call planning, activity optimization, performance reporting, and KPI governance.
