You will collaborate with a dynamic team that values curiosity, experimentation, and compelling storytelling while conceptualizing, copywriting, and overseeing the creation of paid digital assets for some of the most exciting brands in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purposeful Ideation: Convert marketing objectives into strategically sound creative concepts, ensuring alignment with client goals from audience insights to final execution.
- Messaging Development: Create strong messaging and visual hooks, generating captivating, social-first static and video ideas that stand out and inspire engagement.
- Effective Copywriting: Master the art of crafting concise and impactful copy, adapting marketing objectives into compelling messaging hooks, headlines, and campaign language that drive action.
- Creative Process Ownership: Embrace a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with our in-house team of makers and fellow creatives to ideate, refine, and execute social-first campaigns across paid and organic channels. You will take ownership of all aspects of the creative workflow, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from video edits to photo retouching and thorough quality assurance.
- Creative Standards Elevation: Bring a distinctive perspective, provide thoughtful feedback, and encourage pushing creative boundaries to inspire both clients and the internal team.
- Curiosity and Adaptability: Stay abreast of emerging trends, audience behaviors, and platform shifts to ensure our work remains fresh, relevant, and effective.
