We are on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bridging the realms of branding, conversion optimization, and rapid execution. You will be tasked with crafting and scaling creative assets across various platforms including Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, email/SMS, and retail channels—effortlessly minimizing the need for extensive briefs and revision cycles.
This position transcends traditional design roles; it is a creative operator role dedicated to enhancing performance, maintaining consistency, and generating a high volume of output at scale.
Primary Responsibilities
High-Volume Creative Production
- Deliver 20–50+ assets weekly, encompassing:
- Product Detail Page (PDP) graphics for Shopify and Amazon
- Paid advertisements (Meta, TikTok)
- Organic social media content
- Email/SMS marketing materials
- Promotional campaigns including bundles, product launches, and sales
- Uphold a high standard of quality while working at pace.
Conversion-Focused Design
- Transform marketing objectives into high-impact creative outputs.
- Create assets incorporating:
- Compelling hooks
- Clear, benefit-oriented messaging
- Social proof elements
- Urgency and effective call-to-action hierarchy
- Iterate continuously based on performance analytics.
Creative Systems & Templates
- Develop scalable design frameworks to minimize:
- Revision cycles
- Unnecessary communication
- Dependence on detailed briefs
- Create reusable templates for:
- PDPs
- Paid advertisements
- Promotional initiatives
- Ensure visual and structural consistency across all channels.
Cross-Channel Adaptation
- Modify campaigns for:
- Shopify
- TikTok Shop
- Amazon
- Retail displays
- Optimize each asset for its specific platform rather than merely resizing.
Brand Consistency & Elevation
- Enhance and uphold the brand’s visual identity.
- Ensure cohesive branding across:
- Digital platforms
- Retail spaces
- Experiential touchpoints
- Balance performance-oriented design with premium brand standards.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
- Take charge of creative direction in the absence of detailed briefs.
- Identify creative opportunities, gaps, and propose testing ideas proactively.
