Role Overview: Senior Creative Design Associate

Based in Mexico City, this role sits within PMG’s creative team. The Senior Creative Design Associate works alongside designers, writers, motion graphics specialists, and creative leads to deliver visually compelling and functional work. Collaboration extends to Creative Account and Strategy teams to ensure projects meet client needs and objectives.

As projects move from concept to launch, this role partners with developers and platform specialists on web, email, and templated initiatives, and coordinates with media and channel teams to ensure designs connect with users, whether for paid social, email modules, or landing pages. Presenting ideas to both clients and internal teams is part of the process, helping establish a shared visual direction.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, managing details, timelines, and quality.
  • Create high-quality visuals for digital and print, including ad units, social media assets, emails, web pages, and campaign toolkits.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and templates to support team efficiency and brand consistency.
  • Translate creative briefs into design solutions that reinforce strategic messaging.
  • Apply usability and accessibility best practices to prioritize user experience.
  • Produce layouts, wireframes, user flows, and supporting materials to clarify structure and improve user experience.
  • Work closely with copywriters and other creatives to deliver cohesive projects.
