Your Role as a Senior CRO Specialist
We are seeking an experienced CRO Specialist who possesses an unwavering commitment to conversion optimization. Your goal will be to achieve a remarkable 15% growth in our conversion rates within a single quarter. Unlike roles in other companies where CRO specialists merely provide suggestions, you'll take the reins of the entire process. This includes data analysis, hypothesis formulation, designing high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with developers for implementation, and ultimately owning the performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete optimization cycle: from research and hypothesis creation to design, testing, and rollout.
Conduct thorough funnel analyses and competitive benchmarking to uncover impactful opportunities.
Create high-quality UI/UX mockups that effectively convey your vision while upholding brand standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless test implementation and deployment.
Maintain rigorous attention to detail and quality throughout the optimization process.
Analyze test results with statistical precision, making informed scaling decisions.
Document insights and develop a systematic roadmap for ongoing conversion growth.
Present findings and results effectively to stakeholders, fostering alignment and momentum.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in CRO: 3+ years of practical experience, particularly with subscription models or SaaS funnels, showcasing documented performance improvements.
Strong design sensibility and experience with UI/UX principles.
Analytical mindset with expertise in statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
